Simple Egg Pasta & Tomato Sauce
As this is only my second post I thought it should be at least slightly personal, and it is - considering I’m probably 40% pasta! I tend to eat pasta about 5 days a week for dinner so it has become synonymous with me to friends. Why? Because it’s often cheap, versatile and convenient and has even been crowned the world’s favourite food. I can see why as it always seems to be there, lurking in the back of the cupboard, and so becomes the go to when no one can be bothered to go food shopping (which tends to be most days). I kept this simple, as the last thing I ‘cooked’ was a pot noodle…
