Hello World!

Umm, err…hey there internet…or, as it’s my very first post, should I say Hello World!? Haha, I never thought it would be possible for me to appear awkward through a typed sentence. I though the internet was a shield from real life, but apparently not. I feel so naked. Umm, well that did not improve matters...

I’ve finally decided to create a new more write-y blog (write-y, hmmm my English skills look promising). Originally, I wanted the URL galacticpresident because everyone needs a blogging name, it is my dream job (HEY I hear you judging, don’t crush my dreams by saying it’s not feasible). Sadly someone had beaten me to it by a few years so I have settled with meanwhilelizzy, because, well…my name is Lizzy and I will be writing about me *majestic hair swish* and about stuff I do. Okay, after re-reading that last paragraph I’m scared the tone of writing makes me sound from a bit awkward to a slightly egotistical twat. I’m sorry and it’s not true, well the latter isn't.

This little corner of the internet is to be the future home of all my rambles, reviews, and stuff I do regarding, well, life, the universe and everything! This is my second attempt, as I deleted my first blog after a week, and I’m pretty sure this one may go the same way. I think “New blog! Whoop!”, then and after publishing this, my thinking will again shift to “Shit! Why hasn’t anyone read it! I’m writing to nobody…” as I see the view count that’s been stuck on 5 (3 being my views) for over a week. Thanks Blogger for killing my innocent dreams of ruling the galaxies and famous blogging success. I hope that this time, though, I’m going to stick at it.
